The Tourism and Real Estate XENIA S.A was founded in 1963 to:

• Support the HCH in seeking the fulfillment of its objectives
• Undertake any activity in the Tourism and Hotel sector in the framework of supporting the HCH
• Exploit a plot in Kallithea, Athens, which belongs to the company
• Take initiatives of industrial and commercial character, through its cooperation with other existing companies or through the creation of new companies.

XENIA S.A has a Board of Directors of 7 members, which is elected by its General Assembly every 5 years.

On the Kallithea plot (on Socratous, Ahilleos and L.Katsoni streets, Onasseion Hospital area) ΧΕΝΙΑ s.a has built a contemporary office building, which includes a (two-storied) ground floor, 6 floors and a floor for electrical and mechanical equipment, with 5,493.90 s.m of office area and 864.32 s.m. of shopping area, garages and open spaces. The building has already been rented.
